Service Description

Service includes AMSOIL Signature Series Max-Duty Premium Diesel oil, oil Filter, and labor. This option includes oil that is guaranteed to be used at manufacturer-required intervals. This option includes diesel oil that is guaranteed to be used for up to 25,000 miles or 1 year, whichever occurs first. No more than 15,000 miles between changes is recommended under SEVERE USE. ( EX: Heavy Towing ) The customer is responsible for checking the oil periodically to ensure the proper level. Provide Year, Make, model, and engine size or VIN# if you do not know the engine size. The VIN number is located on your insurance card or on the driver-side dashboard near the bottom of the windshield. If you would like the convenience of us coming to you, please select "Service @ My Location". If the service location differs from your address, please provide the service address in the Notes! * All Services must be paid prior to service. If canceled 36 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellation Policy

If the appointment is canceled 36 hours prior to the appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. If canceled within 36 hours, no refund will be issued.
